Integrated Engineering Technologies
The most visited country in Europe has one of the highest industrialized economies with advanced engineering and technologies in nuclear energy generation, automobile manufacturing, high-speed trains, integrated transport system and aviation engineering.
This study trip explores these technologies through exclusive sessions to companies such as Airbus Industries, Telecommunications firms and automobile factories such as Peugeot or Citroen.
These exclusive opportunities supplemented with cultural visits to famous French Landmarks enhance the learning experience.

This program provides an excellent insight into both traditional and modern engineering in Japan. Students have an opportunity to see first-hand the key steps in design and engineering activities of some world leading brands by paying visits to their manufacturing plants or offices. We visit factory sites of Mitsubishi Electric such as Mitsubishi Wakayama Factory which focuses on the manufacturing of higher power air conditioning (up to 180 horse powers), chiller, compressor and heat pump
Other visits include: Nikon Kumagaya Factory to provide students with the state-of-the-art technology and the Step-and-Repeat Scanning System for producing semiconductor lithography systems. At Research Institute of Green Science and Technology, we also learn more about green innovation for waste management, generation and utilization of renewable energy and creation of new biotechnology through fundamental and applied research

A country part reclaimed from the sea, Netherland’s hydraulic engineering has great impact in almost every sector of economy. From transport systems, agriculture, shipping industry and road engineering among others.
With parts of the country falling 4 meters below sea level, water engineering is part of the life in Netherlands. Students experience the applications through visits to Floods control and prevention centers, sewer management companies, Rotterdam port, lectures at universities as well as cultural attractions in Amsterdam such as Van Goh Museum, Heineken Museums etc.

Engineering students have a first-hand look at how Germany and Switzerland implement renewable energy practices. By balancing both classroom and experiential learning, our program details the concepts and practices of technical renewable energy.
Students will also gain further awareness of sustainability by exploring Germany’s transition to energy efficiency and sustainable development, including visits to biospheres, power plants and solar parks. Besides renewable energy, students will also gain insights into the advanced automobile industry in Germany with visits to car manufacturing plants of well-established global automobile brands.
Switzerland also has one the highest research technology in the world with many research institutes and engineering companies offering students an experience engineering.

This visit provided students with an opportunity to explore and experience innovation in structural engineering, energy and waste management systems road engineering, as well as have a chance to take part in multi-cultural activities in the socially diverse city of Singapore.
As a country with one of the highest per capita incomes in the world, Singapore has a key role to play in environmental management, informatics engineering, and green building applications. The program will provide a first-hand learning experience into the emerging trends and best practices in these industries.
