With limited natural resources, this tiny Asian country has in place strategies ranging from building technologies, recycling industrial wastes, afforestation programmes and companies’ converting waste into energy. As the most recognized place in Middle East, the U.A.E's economic growth and advancement has had impact on the natural environment and traditional way of life.
To explore the efforts and policies developed to enhance best practices in environmental management, the study trip explores different emirates of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Fujairah with visits arranged to conservationists, governmental agencies, local villages and multinational at the fore front of conscious efforts to efficient environment management.
