All study visits incorporate a range of unique learning experiences through interactive sessions with experts in your area of study, exclusive meeting with startup founders, practitioners and professionals during company visits. Study experiences include: International organisations, multinational companies, startups, Government agencies, Research institutions/labs, Factories, Museums, Galleries, Language centers.
A compulsory insurance cover is incorporated in every study trips. Our international service partners provide a 24 hours emergency support.
Vanguard Ed facilitates the visa application process for selected study programs only whereas in others, the participants make their own applications. All required items by the issuing embassy or consulate are communicated to participants in well in advance. Every participant must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months to expiry date. It’s important to note that visa issuance is at the discretion of the issuing embassy or consulate
It's recommended that each participant to possess a valid passport with minimum 6 months to the date of expiry for visa processing. Please ensure that your passport has 2 joint blank pages prior to visa applications.
All participants are advised to procure the required health certificates prior to departure date. It’s compulsory for one to have a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate before travelling. Any other health regulations will be advised as matters arise.
All international flights to and from the destination as well as domestic flights are catered for in the program
Accommodation of minimum 3 star hostels or hotel is catered for during the period of a study trip. Meal plan of Bed& Breakfast or Breakfast & dinner are varies with each specific study visit. Accommodations are in option of multi-bedded rooms for students and twin room for faculty leaders. Type of Accommodations : Hostels, Hotels, Chateaus, Home-stays.
Each study trip incorporates cultural immersion activities. Experiences such as sampling local foods, exploring famous landmarks e.g. Eiffel tower or Berlin Wall and engagement in local festivals among other supplements enable a comprehensive learning experience. At most 2 free days are offered to students for own exploration, networking or shopping activities.
Professional study program directors with technical and local knowledge accompany the students during the academic programs and other cultural visits.
